Drew Jacobson
Founder & Lead Public Adjuster
Drew Jacobson is a Project Estimator and Property Damage Specialist with extensive experience inspecting residential and commercial properties across Florida, Wisconsin, and throughout the United States. He brings together real-world field expertise, strong knowledge of building systems, and a deep understanding of construction costs and insurance estimating to help ensure every aspect of a loss is thoroughly documented and accurately valued.
Drew holds Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and has worked on a wide range of catastrophic losses, including hurricane, wind, hail, tornado, and major fire damage claims. He also maintains formal training in fire and smoke restoration through a recognized fire damage program, adding valuable insight when evaluating complex property losses.
Known for his detail-driven approach and clear, practical communication style, Drew plays an important role in helping keep claims organized, moving efficiently, and supported by well-documented, defensible findings.
Josh Garcia
Director of Technical Inspections
Josh Garcia is a highly experienced construction professional with more than 16 years of hands-on expertise in structural ironwork, large-scale project leadership, and complex building systems. As a Structural Union Ironworker and seasoned Construction Superintendent, Josh brings a deep understanding of how buildings are put together, how systems fail, and what it takes to properly evaluate structural and exterior conditions.
He holds OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications, along with Subpart R and IIBEC credentials, and has spent 10 years serving as a General Foreman and five years as a Traveling Superintendent for a major general contracting firm. Throughout his career, Josh has helped lead numerous multi-million-dollar commercial and residential projects across a wide range of markets.
Josh is also a certified operator, an IIBEC-accredited wall systems specialist, and an FAA-certified drone operator, giving him added strength in modern inspection, documentation, and building envelope analysis. His expertise in blueprint reading, wall systems, and exterior construction helps Liberty Public Adjusting Group bring a higher level of technical insight, accuracy, and field-based knowledge to every claim.
